Healthy Meals vis a vis Healthy Lifestyles

I remember a time when I spent an hour getting ready to go out for an evening with drinks at a bar(s), more than a handful of cigarettes, and potentially something appetizing on the way home around 1 am. Nowadays, I am understandably a little older and thereby more wise...nonetheless, the Covid19 Era has changed our routines also. For instance, bars are not attended like they used to be, and restaurants are not able to put as many people inside their dining rooms as before Covid19 arrived. People are eating at home currently, but that will change as the economy recovers from the pandemic.

A lot of folks have quit drinking alcohol as frequently or in the same quantity as they did before a lock down changed habits. Some folks have quit cigarettes and alcohol as a means to be healthier during a time that reminded us about our respective vices. Some people picked up new exercise habits despite the gyms being closed! What does this mean for the restaurants? Well, while old habits are easy to re-enter if they are readily available, new habits have been formed during the ongoing Covid19 Era.

Healthy Lifestyles are attractive. The ones living them are attractive. There will be new demand from customers who will want healthy and affordable menus. The businesses near Fitness Corridors expect to have new customers who are using them daily for commuting, exercise, and communing with friends.
