It's a process.  We keep quitting until we are Quit.  Lessons learned from this go?  What won't you do next time?  How are you more resilient now?


First off...don't drink.  I had to quit alcohol to successfully quit smoking...250 days without w either.  1 gallon of water daily, meditation with the free YouTube sessions, and come here to comment....you'll stay Quit because you help others stay Quit...mutually reinforcing positive behavior approach...OK I made that up, but it works.

Our bodies are resilient even after abuse.  We break and heal.  Hug, congratulations on your sobriety.... you are becoming the woman that Will remain remarkable and awesome.  If you are ever in a situation that triggers you to think about changing your sobriety, FUCK that situation...just leave.  Sobriety is durable yet fragile and requires protection despite also being a shield against life's woes.  Hugs!

You rock!  You went the distance with quitting both vices at once!  FUCK yeah.  That's not easy!  I should know...i did it x2...last year 97 days but with a vape and now 250+ without a vape.  It's huge and it is an Investment in time and energy...PROTECT your sobriety dear human.  I let mine slip last yet due to a trigger... the same trigger came at me on round two...but this time I withstood the emotional pain, because I didn't want to go through the withdrawals again.  Hang tight...the emotional addiction can be months long.  Have fun with your new lease on life!
